Terms and conditions of signing up for Wild about our woods Training:

 

Please read, understand and accept the following conditions prior to signing your registration/application form.

Bookings

By signing the registration form you are entering into a contract with Wild about our woods and are committing to pay the training fees.

​

Fees

Once the registration form has been completed and the deposit has been paid, your booking is confirmed.

Deposits for paying participants are non-refundable unless another arrangement has been made. All fees are payable before the start of the training. In some cases, payment by instalments is possible, please contact Janine for specific details.

Cancellation or amendment by you

If you wish to change any booking details after payment of the deposit, we shall do our best to help but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. If it is not possible to make an amendment, then the original booking remains a firm contract. Cancellations will be accepted up to four weeks before training starts and any fees paid will be refunded less deposit. Course fees will not be refunded if cancellation is made less than four weeks before the training starts.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel training if insufficient places have been booked.

Health

The booking form contains a section which allows for health information to be shared. Wild about our woods will risk assess the environment and the activity, giving verbal reminders as necessary.

Forest School training includes use of tools, risky play, fire and playing games. You must be aware of your own fitness levels with regards to this. Adults are responsible for their own health and safety during the training.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, please bring it to the attention of trainers during the course if possible, so it can be dealt with swiftly. Please refer to the complaints information received in pre-course information.

Insurance

Wild about our woods has public liability and professional indemnity insurance

 

Force Majeure

We will not be liable to pay any compensation if we are forced to cancel or make changes to any aspect of the training due to circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances include, but are not restricted to, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, riots or civil strife, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, bad weather, closure of airports, ports or stations, cancellation or changes in schedules by air, land or sea carriers. If for any reason we need to cancel the training for Covid 19 we will reschedule it as soon as possible.
